1939 Simulated Two Piece Dress

This is a PDF pattern that comes in a size 16

This pattern is a simulated 2 piece dress that may have a notched collar or a sailor collar. Darted fitted blouse joins all around hand pleated skirt at hip line. Stitched band joined in hip seam and turned up to form optional cuff.  Sleeve options: long fitted, short, or below elbow length. Stitched turned back cuff on elbow length. Belt is optional

This pattern is based off an original 1930 garment. 
The instructions are based off  the original construction of the garment.
They are lightly illustrated compared to modern patterns.
A muslin mock up is recommended especially if you are resizing.
A strong knowledge of dressmaking and construction would be helpful
