This dress has a bias tie collar the belt is self or purchased. Dress 1 has short set in sleeves. The skirt has inverted pleats that may be pressed or unpressed. Dress 2 can be sleeveless and has a slim Skirt with soft pleats at front waistline, a back kick pleat, and patch pockets.

This pattern is based off an original 1960 dress. The instructions are based off the original construction of the dress.
They are lightly illustrated compared to modern patterns.
A muslin mock up is recommended especially if you are resizing.
A strong knowledge of dressmaking and construction would be helpful.
