It's always so wonderful when a fashion exhibit opens close to home.
The exhibit features costumes from 1750- 2000. It's so lovely to see
these beauty in person, to get an up close look at the layer, see the
textures and sparkles of the fabric.
I was not able to attend the tour with Ivan Sayers, but if you are lucky
enough to get a spot, he guides you through in even more detail about
the history of the costumes.
The costumes in this exhibit came from Ivan Sayers,
Claus Jahnke, Melanie Talkington and members of BC SMOC.
